In 2017, I put together all copy for a 24-page Research Impacts document. This highlighted the innovative work carried out by the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute in Northern Ireland.
The brochure showcased the work being done by AFBI scientists to minimise the carbon footprint of farming in Northern Ireland and reduce the environmental impacts of pig farming.
It also looked at how researchers are tailoring scientific advice to farming conditions here and responding rapidly to disease outbreaks.
The publication, which launched at the ‘AFBI Science – Shaping Livestock Farming for 2030’ innovation conference in March 2017, can be found here.
